Jeff holds a B.A. in Organizational Design
from the University of Minnesota. Arriving in Monterey County in 1982, he
worked in real estate finance prior to joining a large franchise office in
1985. Licensed as a California Real Estate Broker since 1987, he opened his own
firm, Segal Real Estate, in 1989. He’s earned both Graduate REALTORS®’s
Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations.
Recognized by his peers as REALTOR® of
the Year for 1989, Jeff served as 1992 President of the Salinas
Association of REALTORS®, member of the MLS (1989) and Board (1994)
Regionalization Taskforces, presiding officer for Professional Standards
hearings, and Director to the California Association of REALTORS®
(1990-92.) He recently completed two terms on the Monterey County
Association of REALTORS®' Board of Directors (1998-2001) and has
served on MCAR's MLS Technology Taskforce.
Jeff has represented hundreds of
